WHO ARE
SMART GP OFFICE?


Ingenisoft officially founded in December 2013 although we have been in development since May 2010.

Our team is headed by Howard Livsey who is our MD and business development manager.  Aside from his previous experience with companies such as IBM, Sage and Iris Healthcare solutions, Howard has six years “hands on” NHS experience in general practice in various departments from choose and book referrals, finance and a six months stint on the front desk which gives him a real insight into the daily life of primary care organisations.

WHY HAVE WE TOOK SO LONG TO DEVELOP?


Well that’s easy.  We wanted to make sure that the products that we brought to market not only worked and had HMRC recognition but also actually improved the way in which our clients use them.  Nobody wants more of the same.  If you are going to change provider you also want to improve your efficiencies at the same time.

We believe that we can offer that change and at the same time can bring a customer experience to our clients that is unrivalled.  If we can’t bring that to you personally then our very existence in the market place will shake things up so that our rivals have no choice but to compete in all areas.
